"This is much needed!" ... repeated comment received at Printed Electronics Europe 2012, Berlin.
The announcement at Printed Electronics Europe 2012, Berlin, Germany, that IDTechEx is launching the Printed Electronics World DIRECTORY AND BUYERS GUIDE received a strong welcome response. The bi-annual guide will enable organizations to quickly identify suppliers and customers.
Designed to serve as an important link to assist communications between the various organisations active in Printed Electronics, it will carry a list of organizations segmented by their activity and alphabetically - compiled from our extensive database. It dissects the industry into the large number of constituent material, equipment and component areas, allowing you to rapidly identify suppliers, partners and customers. In addition, it will include informative editorial to assist in the education and adoption of printed electronics.
10,000 copies will be distributed globally to unique contacts via the IDTechEx mailing list and handed out at events around the World, with approximately 40% reaching unique contacts in North America, 40% in Europe and 20% in Asia. This is THE directory for the industry.
Raghu Das, CEO of IDTechEx comments, "There are literally thousands of companies now involved in the printed electronics supply chain. In addition to IDTechEx events, we understand that buyers need help to identify suitable companies to approach. This can be a challenge to do given the global scope of work and many new entrants each year. This complete directory will resolve that problem, making it easier for adopters to select suppliers and do business. The publication will be read by purchasers globally, and will be funded by those wishing to advertise and exploit the opportunity to reach decision makers."
As in most fast moving areas of business with constant changes, the Printed Electronics World DIRECTORY AND BUYERS GUIDE will be produced twice a year to ensure it is constantly updated. The first issue will appear in the Summer of 2012 and the second at the end of 2012.
