IDTechEx, the leader in market research and events on emerging technologies, has published the list of speakers for the upcoming Sensors USA conference taking place on November 15-16 in Santa Clara, CA.
Now in its third edition, this conference has become the main event to learn about the disruptive technologies in sensors. Curated by analysts, the speaker programme this year will have a strong emphasis on Printed/Flexible sensors, Mobile sensors, and Chemical/Bio sensors.
"There are many sensors on the market that are commoditized and poorly differentiated, which makes it difficult to see what is really new. The CEO of AerNos will present the AerCNT technology that detects harmful gases in the environment for various applications, including wearables, drones, smartphones, and IoT devices. The event continues to feature exciting innovations in environmental gas sensors.
The conference has been part of the IDTechEx Show! for the last two years and has attracted a significant amount of interest. Sensors have become the stars of the event, with most attendees eager to discover new sensors, as these are the enabling devices for Wearables, IoT, and Mobile phones.
A dedicated session will also address the applications in Healthcare (diagnostic or monitoring). It will feature 10 speakers on various topics, from wearable sweat sensors to point-of-care medical diagnosis of infectious diseases. A recent report from IDTechEx analysts forecast the market for point-of-care biosensors will reach $33bn by 2027.
