AZ's IC Materials Division covers niche products such as dielectrics, underlayers, yield enhancers, CMP slurries and pattern enhancers, as well as conventional products consisting of IC photoresist and other ancillary products. Optronics Division covers FPD photoresist, ancillaries and silicon chemistry based products for display and other industries.
AZ is registered in Luxemburg and has been listed on London FSTE since 2010. AZ has a global presence with a focus on Asia, the center of the world's electronics industry. Hands on printed electronics workshop at the Sonoco Institute
On June 7-9, 2011 the Sonoco Institute will present a hands-on workshop on Printed Electronics.
