Lumus
Lumus is an Israeli company which designs optical engines for AR and other head mounted display (HMD) devices. These optical engines are composed of a display and reflective (also known as geometric) waveguide combiner — Lumus' key expertise is in the design of these waveguides, which can expand the exit pupil in two dimensions. Although largely fabless, it has its own smaller production line for R&D and specialized orders.

Eve and Thales Enter Partnership to Develop eVTOL Aircraft

Lumus

These waveguides, originally invented by Lumus, are mass-produced via license by original design manufacturers (ODM) partner firms, although Lumus has its own smaller production line for military products and R&D work.

XJet Ramps up Presence in Asia Pacific
The distribution agreement with Pentatech has seen installation of XJet's first two additive manufacturing systems in China, and also on the Asian continent, which are now running live at Pentatech's demonstration site in Hangzhou. Further systems will be installed at other sites by the end of the year.
