There will be a 'Best Poster Session' award with a post-conference article in our online journal

As part of our tradeshow we have an area dedicated to academic posters, an ideal opportunity to display your work to the world's leading companies involved in the topic. Applicants must be teaching or studying full-time, and must purchase an academic pass of $495. All posters have to be pre-approved by our technical analysts.

Academic poster rate

The $495 rate includes:

  • A poster display in the tradeshow hall
  • A full 2 day pass to the conference and tradeshow
  • Submission of abstracts

If you are interested in displaying a poster at the event please submit your application form and send to Corinne Jennings at c.jennings@IDTechEx.com as soon as possible to guarantee your poster display. If your submission is successful we will email you with details on the poster session and guidelines for producing your poster.
