In collaboration with Ron Arad and the Einstein Foundation, D2W have helped to develop and produce a Nylon SLS book, comprised of 100 pages; 3D printed all in one piece.
This 3D printed book has been achieved on behalf of the "Genius: 100 Visions of the Future" project run by the Canadian Friends of the Hebrew University with the book containing texts from 100 of the World's greatest minds.
Jonathan's presentation will be the first time that the background development story of this object has been revealed, and a full size physical prototype of the book will be available to handle.
It is a real life demonstration of how with expert AM design and technology understanding, existing 3d print materials and hardware can be stretched to produce astonishing objects, today.

Jonathan Rowley is Design Director of Digits2Widgets, a Central London based 3d printing studio.
A qualified Architect, he joined Digits2Widgets at the end of 2011 in order to provide a bespoke 3d printing service utilising industrial 3d printing technology to all branches and all levels of design and manufacturing.
