Mr Steve Pendlebury, CEO
Electro-LuminX (Light Tape)

What is it that makes disruptive design so...disruptive? Its a deceitfully simple mix of responding to a consumer need and drawing attention to a product with which we've become complacent. Consider the 1950's thermostat designed by Honeywell "the Round" and its competitor Nest finally arriving 50 years later. Just as Nest challenged the design of a product that had been a standard in our lives for decades, so does the Light Tape® lamp to the light bulb.
Speaker Biography (Steve Pendlebury)
An entrepreneurial core paired with 10 years of Honeywell global business experience and you have a deadly combination, or in our case a 6'6 British-American. Steve Pendlebury brings an unconventional energy to his team; the kind of energy that attracts the disrupters. Perhaps it can be attributed to raising three boys including a set of twins or the peaceful thrill that comes from being an outdoor enthusiast. What's certain is his international upbringing can be recognized for the small business reaching such global scale.
