The mass-transfer of wafer-fabricated devices at miniaturized scales requires peculiar technologies that can handle high-speed transfers while maintaining elevated positioning precision. The use of patterned elastomer stamps effortlessly delivers the required transfer metrics to achieve the heterogeneous integration of a wide range of devices onto a large variety of receiving substrates.

講演者の経歴 (Antonio Jose Trindade)

António José Trindade is a Research Scientist at X-Celeprint. He received his Masters in Physics Engineering in the University of Aveiro (Portugal) in 2011 where he worked extensively on Organic Light Emitting Devices (OLEDs) and Organic Photovoltaics (OPVs). His PhD. was awarded by the University of Strathclyde (Scotland) in 2015 where he made substantial work on micro-LEDs and transfer-print technologies. He has worked extensively on different device architectures and taken multiple devices from concept to fabrication/integration onto rigid/flexible substrates.
His main interests include heterogeneous integration, micro-transfer-printing, device prototyping, light-emitting semiconductors and micro-displays.
