Previously was the Worldwide Director of Industrial Printing/RFID for Ricoh which acquired IBM's Printing System Division in 2007. As part of the transition, Doug retired after 31 years of service with IBM after holding management roles in Technical Support and Field Systems Engineering. Currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ. Doug enjoys tennis and hiking.
