We have developed washable and stretchable conductive yarns which can be turn into woven fabrics. Our Yarns produced in our lab can stretch up to two times of their initial length, while their resistance remain the same. These yarns can be used as capacitive based sensors in wearable electronics applications.
After completing his graduate and postdoctoral studies at North Carolina State University, USA, Dr. Gurarslan has been awarded a Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (MSCA) Individual Fellowship. He will receive € 158 thousands grant to work on developing stretchable conductive fibers and their implementations in wearable electronics. Currently he is working at Istanbul Technical University as a faculty member.
We are planning to sell our stretchable conductive yarns, wearable products, and conductive additives such as Silver Nanowires
