Presentation Summary

This presentation will focus on improvements in materials and deposition methods that allow carbon nanotube (CNT) materials to be used to make conductive traces. Demonstration of CNT material use in flexible electronics packaging and in passive radio-frequency sensor networks will be discussed.

Speaker Biography (Stephen Gibbons)

Dr. Stephen E. Gibbons serves as the Director of Technology, Carbon Electronics Division for Brewer Science, Inc., Rolla, MO, USA. From 2009 - 2012 Steve served as the Analytical & Characterization Laboratory Manager. Prior to 2009, responsibilities included material and wafer process engineering, quality assurance, new business development, and customer support. Before joining Brewer Science in 2000, Steve served in the US Armed Forces. Steve graduated in 1995 with a BS degree in Mathematics and again in 2010 with a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry.
