Energy Solutions for Wearables - Batteries are one of the most important parts in the
Design of an new wearable device, nowadays the battery takes around 80% of the entire volume of the
whole device. The performance, size and running time of the battery define how smart and user-friendly the device
will be.
 
VARTA Microbattery´s cell technology combines the most important features for energy source for wearables -
small size, high energy density, high drain capability and an outstanding mechanical stability.
The speech will highlight these future trends and the highest efficiency of rechargeable Li-Ion button cells.
