Registration
The registration desk is situated outside Exhibit Hall 3. Name badges, Showguide and gala dinner tickets should all be collected from here. The registration desk is open from 14.00 on Monday 12 April and will remain open until the conference closes at 18.00 on Wednesday 14 April.

Badges
Please wear your name badge at all times so that the organisers and fellow attendees can easily identify you. Badges have been colour coded for convenience. Attendees without a name badge will not be permitted entry. Please report to registration if you mislay your badge.

Presentations
All conference attendees will receive an email notification when presentations are available to be downloaded from the conference website www.idtechex.com/DRESDEN . Please visit the website and click on the 'download presentations' button on the left hand side menu. This is subject to speakers' permission. Missing or amended presentations will be uploaded onto the website during the week after the event. |
