Dave previously influenced the success of Lenovo's Personal Computing and Smart Devices (PCSD) division for many years by leading the worldwide Software Development organization and Product Assurance/Quality team (350+ total employees in the U.S., China, and Japan). In his position as VP of Software Development, he shifted the company to a customer-centric Agile development model, established a security culture, and introduced strategies to cut costs and boost quality across the board.
In an earlier role as VP of Software Development for PCSD's Device, Cloud, and Software Ecosystem, Dave ensured the SW Development organization stayed ahead of the curve as customer needs changed.
Dave holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Penn State University, and completed graduate coursework in computer engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
