If you've already ordered Advance Freight Services or Show Site Freight Services through Rossi Expositions, material handling from your booth to the loading dock for carrier pick-up is included. If you haven't pre-ordered any freight service, please see the Rossi Service Desk to place your order on-site for outbound freight handling. Please note that you are responsible for making prior arrangements with a carrier for pick-up.
Please note: all exhibitor freight MUST be scheduled for pick-up from the show site by your carrier on Thursday, November 21, 2019 between 5.00 pm - 8.30 pm or Friday, November 22, 2019 between 8.00 am - 12.00 noon. Scheduling a pick-up with your carrier is YOUR responsibility.

Freight & Material Handling
Advance Freight to Warehouse: $92.00 per CWT advance pricing / $102.00 per CWT standard - 200 lb minimum
Shipments of common freight and crated exhibits will be received at the warehouse and stored up to 30 days prior to set-up date, delivered to the booth and returned to show site loading dock for forwarding via common carrier at close of show.
Show Site Freight: $102.00 per CWT - 200 lb minimum
Receipt of common freight and crated exhibits at show site (must arrive during Rossi Expo installation period only; no exceptions), unloading, delivery to booth and return to loading dock for common shipment at close of show.
