Ernesto Sanchez is an entrepreneur in the High Tech and Energy industries. He has a Bachelor in Electronic Engineer by ITESO and Master in Administration by Central Michigan University. He worked eight years for IBM, six of them in the manufacturing area in Guadalajara and two in Development of personal computers area in Florida. Then he spent eleven years working for Jabil Circuit in business administration and operation areas. Currently is a Secretary of Economic Development in Jalisco State.
He has headed different regional organizations like IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and Cadelec A.C. (Productive Chain of Electronics).
He was an advisor in Mural journal, American Chamber, Banco de Mexico, Tecnologico de Monterrey and Canieti (National)
In february 2009, he focused on the company Sistemas de Gestión Energética S.A. de C.V. in order to turn it in a key player in the implementation and operation in the smart grey in Mexico.
