In this presentation, we are intending to our concept design and some technical achievement of "predictive maintenance system" for safe and stable plant operations. We also like to explain our technology needs and possible work process with those who are interested in working together with VALQUA to develop "Predictive maintenance toolkit".
Mutuo Aoki is a Chief Technology Officer and Chief Quality Officer at VALQUA, LTD.
Prior to working at VALQUA, LTD., he was General Manager of Business Global Headquarters of General Electric International, General Manager of Asia Regional Business Headquarters of BASF Coatings, President of Metanex Japan Co., Ltd. and President of PerkinElmer Japan Co., Ltd.
He has the experience of technology management at different global company, introduces new development processes and planning management methods and open innovation, and promotes the development of solutions that impresses customers.
The Valqua Group is expanding its business in 3 major product areas: the "Seal Products Business", which involves the development of seal materials for piping and equipment used in various industries; the "High-performance Plastics Products Business",which involves products predominantly utilizing fluorocarbon resin with a variety of different functions; and "Other Businesses" that have a lot of growth potential and will help decrease our impact on the environment.
