The panel of judges will assess each entry application based on parameters such as technical advancement and audience interest. If accepted, each entrant will receive a free exhibitor place in the IDTechEx Launchpad zone. The 4 sqm exhibit space will include a counter, 2 chairs, 1 electric point, wifi, exhibitor nameboard and two passes to the conference and exhibition and promotion as an IDTechEx Launchpad exhibitor. Why are we doing this? IDTechEx recognise that it can be difficult for very small companies or research organisations to show their big advances in the traditional manner of exhibiting where no budget may be assigned. The IDTechEx Launchpad will give such entities the ability to reach the international audience, and for the community to see the state-of-the-art systems.
Along with the application form, your submission should comprise of a brief summary/abstract, along with any supporting materials. It must state which demonstrators will be shown.
The closing date for submissions is 27 March.
Successful selected entrants will be notified and will need to confirm their participation by the date specified
