Here is how

• The app allows you to capture the information stored on visitors' badges using a smartphone. Just type in the 4-digit ID number printed on the badge and the app will show you the visitor's name, company, contact details etc.
• Once the information is captured, you can add notes and tags to further qualify each contact. You can customize your app by pre-defining tags through an online portal, the ZetaLeads Exhibitors Center, prior to the event.
• During or after the exhibition, your list of leads can be downloaded from the Exhibitors Center. This portal also allows your to create reports and charts based on the data you captured.

What you need

Your ZetaLeads license comes with an unlimited number of user accounts per exhibitor, so no matter how many of your colleagues would like to use ZetaLeads, you only pay a one-time fee of €300!

You can install the app on your own smartphone* or order rental smartphones at 100€ each for the duration of the exhibition. Our rental smartphones are Samsung Galaxy S4 mini.

*Supported devices: Android smartphones, iPhone and iPod touch (operating systems required: Android 4 and later, iOS 7 and later)

How to order

Once we have processed your order, we will contact you with your login details for the ZetaLeads Exhibitors Center, together with a user guide. The smartphone app will be available for download at no charge on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store one month before the start of the exhibition.

Any rental smartphones you ordered will be available for pick up in foyer 1 in the exhibition hall.

The order deadline is April 13, 2017! Orders accepted after the deadline will result in a 20% surcharge. If you have any questions regarding lead retrieval, please contact
