Speaker Biography (Fabrice Parmentier Lesage)
Fabrice Parmentier-Lesage is the General Director of Ester Technopole in Limoges. He is specialized in developing and managing entrepreneurship and innovation networks and tools.
He formerly also served during the 6 last years as Director of 2 Business Innovation Centers located in Normandy Region : SYNERGIA in Caen and INOCEANE in Le Havre.
Before that and after having spent 10 years in North America he also took economic development management positions in Rhône-Alpes and Alsace Regions.
Fabrice Parmentier-Lesage is Ph.D in molecular biology and biotechnology engineer.
