NANOGAP manufactures a broad range of nanomaterials including clusters less than 1nm in size, nanoparticles in the mean size range of 5 to 50nm, and high aspect ratio nanofibers/nanowires. Supplied in dispersion form, these materials are optimised for ink formulators needs and find applicability in conductive inks used in, for example, inkjet printed conductive tracks and screen/flexo/spray printed transparent conductive films and patterns. The control of nanomaterial size and shape and resultant influence on properties will be discussed.

NANOGAP manufactures ultra stable silver nanoparticle/nanofiber dispersions for ink formulators
• Ability to customize particle size/distribution, concentration and carrier solvent
• Stable, 70% silver nanoparticle dispersions for conductive inkjet formulators, now scaled-up and competitively priced
• Inkjet inks using our nanoparticle dispersions achieve 3x bulk silver resistivity
• TCF using our nanofibers achieve transmission >95% and resistance < 100 ohms/sq
