Regarding this technology, we are considering various application, such as windshield display, 3D touch sensor or transparent heater, etc. This time, we will introduce the future cabin concept and the transparent conductive film technology.

Koji Ota is the Manager in Thermal Systems R&D Function Unit, FP R&D Dept. In this role, he is responsible for creating future cabin concept and market development for future autonomous vehicle. He has more than 10 years of experience working on various development of climate control systems for vehicle. One of his product is an oxygen concentration conditioner. This system suppresses the decrease of oxygen concentration in the cabin. It was installed in Lexus LS 460 in 2006. In recent years, he exhibited Intelligent Comfort Concept which enable smooth and safe control transition in the automated driving at CES.
