Dr Peter Harrop - Founder and Chairman of IDTechEx Ltd.Peter was previously Director of Technology at Plessey Capacitors Scotland and Chief Executive of Mars Electronics, a start-up he took to $260 million gross sales. He was a board member of the $1.5 bn Mars UK company and has been Chairman of 15 high tech companies over a period of years, including turnarounds on behalf of venture capitalists such as Computer Security International. Peter lectures and consults internationally on electric vehicles, energy storage, 3D printing and printed/organic electronics.
Mr Yasuo Yamamoto - Manager, Business Development, JapanYasuo Yamamoto, Manager of Business Development in IDTechEx Japan, has more than 30 years experience in the electronics, component and semiconductor industries. His various roles include Technical Management of Thick Film Paste development and applications, across a wide range of industries including multilayer capacitors, chip resistors, automotive hybrid circuits, plasma displays and photovoltaics. He has also been involved in Business Management in the photomask industry and has extensive international experience including assignments outside of Japan in manufacturing and process technologies.
Raghu Das - CEO
Raghu Das MA (Cantab) is CEO of IDTechEx. He has an MA degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Raghu has been closely involved with the development of printed electronics for over 15 years and has carried out consultancy in Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East.
Dr Harry Zervos - Principal Analyst
Dr Harry Zervos received his PhD on the topic of precision manufacturing of optics. He is currently involved with in-depth analysis of the technologies and markets for printed electronics and leads the research effort on energy harvesting and storage technologies.
Franco Gonzalez - Senior Technology Analyst
Franco Gonzalez obtained an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge. Before joining IDTechEx, Franco had 3 years of experience in global market analysis, strategic industrial relations, and low carbon projects and initiatives.
Dr Xiaoxi He - Technology Analyst
At IDTechEx, Xiaoxi covers printed electronics, flexible and thin film batteries, energy harvesting and RFID. She has lectured in forums in China and USA and is the author of reports on flexible, printed and thin film batteries and RFID in China.
Rachel Gordon - Technology Analyst
Rachel Gordon has a BA in Natural Sciences and a first-class MSci in Materials Science and Metallurgy from the University of Cambridge. Her master's project focussed on manufacturing and testing novel, sustainable, and photovoltaic materials.

Guillaume received his PhD from Imperial College London in Chemical Physics. Before joining IDTechEx, Guillaume worked in R&D at Plastic Logic, one of the most experienced companies in the flexible and organic display industry.
Dr Jon Harrop - Director
Dr Jon Harrop earned degrees in natural sciences from the University of Cambridge and has published peer-reviewed academic papers on physics, chemistry and biology. Jon has worked on emerging technologies and has done consulting for a variety of companies including BP, Aviva and Microsoft.
James Hayward - Technology Analyst
James Hayward is a technology analyst with IDTechEx. He has a first-class MSci degree in Medicinal Chemistry from Imperial College London. During his research, James worked on making lipid-based protocells intended for use in intelligent drug delivery systems.
