Academic Poster Display

Poster exhibits are an important aspect of the Graphene USA 2015 conference and exhibition, the world's leading scientific and business event covering all aspects of the technology.

Posters will be featured in the exhibition, where approximately 3000 visitors are expected. The poster authors will be beside their poster during lunch breaks on the November 18 and 19. The poster winner will be announced during the drinks reception on the evening of November 18 and featured widely in publicity afterwards.

Submission of abstracts

If you are interested in displaying a poster at the event and you are a full time academic, please submit your Poster Abstract Submission Form and send to Cath Davies c.davies@IDTechEx.com as soon as possible to guarantee your poster display. If your submission is successful we will email you with details on the poster session and guidelines for producing your poster.

Academic poster rate

The $495 rate includes:

  • A poster display in the exhibition hall, if your submission is approved.
  • A full 2 day pass to the conference and exhibition.
  • Lunch and drinks.
