Uttam Ghoshal is the founder and CEO of Sheetak, Inc. in Austin, TX (USA). Sheetak commercializes the industry's most efficient and robust thermoelectric coolers (CENTUM) for OEMs in the USA, China, and India, and now offers solutions for high temperature IoT applications. Prior to founding Sheetak, Dr. Ghoshal was a VP at Cypress Semiconductor, the founder and CTO of Nanocoolers, and a Master Inventor at IBM Research. He has received more than 200 patents, authored more than 100 refereed publications, and taught at the University of Texas at Austin. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
