This presentation will provide an overview of recent progress in our high-performance organic CMOS circuits with 10cm2/Vs charge carrier mobility. We developed sensors (thermal, strain, vibration, etc.) and RFID tags and also integrated these devices to create passive RFID sensors, which will make a great impact on the world.
