In this talk, the speaker will be introducing Tuball the universal Graphene additive that is changing everything. Through the use of multimedia we will be introducing this unique technology and how it can be utilized to significantly improve properties of the worlds' materials, whilst being cost effective and easy to use. We will provide application examples in in Li Ion Batteries, ESD flooring, Tires as well as other new and innovative applications.

Hugues is currently CEO of OCSIAL for the Americas', he has 25 plus years of experience managing Businesses for growth with specialty materials such as conductive carbon powders, glass & carbon fibres composites and pressure sensitive adhesive films.

 

Most recently he was the CEO of the Graphite and Carbon division of Imerys where he spent 4 years positioning the company for a high growth plan in the Li Ion Battery market.

 

Prior to that he spent 12 years of his career in the composites industry leading businesses such as 3B the Fibreglass Company which he acquired as an MBO with Platinum Equity when he worked at Owens Corning and Future Fibres where he was building some of the most sophisticated Carbon Fibre masts, wing sails and carbon cables for top Volvo and America's Cup racing yachts as well as well known super yachts.

 

His experience in the adhesive and label industry came from the 8 years he spent at Avery Dennison in the Graphic materials and the Retail & security labelling industry developing new solutions for these rapidly changing markets and creating growth. He started his career in the Automation industry where he worked for an innovative Italian start up that was subsequently sold to Siemens and is now the foundation of their SCADA and EMS business.

 

He is an Engineer from The polytechnic of Turin and a Business Graduate from The University Brighton. 51 married with 2 children, Hugues and his family live in New Albany Ohio where they enjoy the outdoors. He is passionate about Triathlon and has completed 2 ironman as well as a number of multi day ultra running stage races.
