Electric Vehicle Roadmap for China & India

Forum 2 | 18 September | 12:45pm-3:00pm

Not only is the underlying technology for transportation shifting but so is the geographical superiority. In 2018, there are over 1.2 million New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) including EVs and Fuel Cell Vehicles (FCVs) sold in China, a 61.7% increase from the year before despite the 2.8% decrease in the overall automotive sector. Similarly, when considering India and SE Asia, there is huge emerging potential, particularly when it comes to light electric vehicles.

This session will explore China, India, and SE Asia as key regions and focus on notable electrification categories within each one. A current and future outlook will be provided as this global transition occurs.
Each session will be delivered by IDTechEx analysts who have conducted the underlying research. This research is based on interviews with key players, extensive travel for global conference and events, as well as visiting prominent players in this area. The classes will include technical introductions, benchmarking studies, value chain analysis, case studies, key player analysis, current market analysis, and a global outlook. The slides will be provided to the attendees and there will be time allotted for Q&A and audience networking.

For those attending.
