Li-ion Batteries: Navigating the Rapid Evolution of Battery Supply and Demand

Forum 4 / 19 September / 9:15am-11:30am

The energy storage solution employed for EVs is often the most discussed, given the significance, the cost and the rate of change. There are many competitive technologies both trying to enhance Li-ion batteries or displace them. This session will look at the complete supply chain for lithium-ion batteries from raw materials to integrated packs.

There are technical and economic challenges across this industry, which leaves many pitfalls as well as opportunities. Many OEMs are adopting radically different tactics in an effort to succeed in this turbulent industry.
Each session will be delivered by IDTechEx analysts who have conducted the underlying research. This research is based on interviews with key players, extensive travel for global conference and events, as well as visiting prominent players in this area. The classes will include technical introductions, benchmarking studies, value chain analysis, case studies, key player analysis, current market analysis, and a global outlook. The slides will be provided to the attendees and there will be time allotted for Q&A and audience networking.

For those attending.
