Wendy S. Booker currently serves as Vice President and General Manager for NinjaTek, a division of Fenner Drives. She joined Fenner Drives in 2014 in the role of Director, Marketing and Product Development, with an emphasis on developing and launching new products.
To expand on the company's success of the NinjaFlex® 3D Printer Filament, Wendy has led product line expansion to include SemiFlex™ filament and flexible pellets. The newly formed NinjaTek™ team currently has several exciting new products under development.
Wendy's background includes 16 years in product management, project management and marketing, across a variety of industries. Prior to Fenner Drives, she managed a $50+ million product line of flooring products at Armstrong World Industries, where she sold and launched six new products into Wal-Mart stores, doubling sales for the floor care line, resulting in the "Gold Award for Excellence," Armstrong Flooring's highest award for outstanding achievements contributing to business results. She has also developed and launched products in the medical device, food, and consumer goods industries, spanning start-up companies with 11 people to Fortune 500 companies.
Wendy earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, New York, NY and a B.S. in Facility Planning and Management from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY.
In her community of Lancaster, PA, Wendy serves as an Executive Board Member for the Mental Health America of Lancaster County. She also enjoys going to museums and movies with her husband and conducting science experiments and creating art projects with her 5-year-old daughter.
