I have two discounts I would like to use for my conference registration. Can I use both of them?
No, we do not combine discounts but we will honor the discount that is better for you. These discounts are for attendee places only and not exhibition packages.
What time does the conference and tradeshow open?
The conference presentations will run from 8.30am to 6.00pm each day. The tradeshow will open from 10.30am on both days and close at 6.00pm on Wednesday and 4.30pm on Thursday.
Are the meals included?
Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches are included, please check the agenda for timings. If you have special dietary requirements, please contact Kathryn Greaves at k.greaves@idtechex.com
How can I get to the venue?
The Santa Clara Convention Center's details, including website telephone number and map, are listed on the conference website under the Venue and Hotels section.
What about accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. To take advantage of our conference accommodation rate at the Hyatt Hotel please visit the Venue and Hotels section of the website where you will find booking details.
Where do I collect my badge from?
Your badge and showguide can be collected from the registration desk at the Convention Center. The desk will be open from 2.30pm on Tuesday November 29 and close at the end of the show on Thursday afternoon. Your badge must be worn at all times and you will be refused entry to the event without it. Please report to registration desk if you mislay your badge.
Do I have to pre-select the track that I want to attend?
No. If you have purchased a full conference pass you will have access to all the tracks and can move between them at any time. The price of your pass also includes access to all the presentations, where we have the speaker's permission.
What is the difference between the two Exhibition Only Passes
The Exhibition Only and Keynote pass allows you entry to the keynote presentations which take place on the morning of Wednesday November 30 and the tradeshow. The Exhibition Only pass only permits entry to the Tradeshow
I have an Exhibition Only Pass, can I attend the conference presentations?
No your pass will only allow you entry into the tradeshow. However, if you wish to attend the presentations please report to the registration desk and we can advise you on how to upgrade your pass. Alternatively you can email Kathryn Greaves at k.greaves@idtechex.com and she can provide the relevant information.
How can I network with fellow attendees and exhibitors?

What happens if I have to cancel?

Can I substitute a delegate?
Yes, substitution of a delegate is free of charge - we need full registration details before the conference in order to substitute a delegate. For more information on the details we require please email Kathryn Greaves at k.greaves@idtechex.com
