Flexible Printed Sensors Wearable Technologies (IDTechEx Sensors Europe 2016)

CSEM is focussing on cost-effective, disposable solutions for the industrial production of sensors. The sensors are based on screen printing technologies and dispensing on polymeric flexible substrates. Our actual portfolio consists of pH sensors covering a range of pH 3-9, potassium and sodium ion sensors with a linear range of 0.1 mM to 100 mM, and 0.01 mM to 100 mM, respectively, lactate sensors (0.025 mM to 0.5 mM), glucose (0.1 mM to 1 mM) and impedance sensors tested in 25 to 100 mM NaCl, discriminating 1 mM NaCl in water (5kHz). All these disposable sensors can be used with minimal preconditioning and are stable for 2 hours, the time of a typical workout session.
