Will joined Artificial Muscle as VP of R&D in 2005 and served as VP Operations from 2008 until the acquisition of AMI by Parker in 2014. During this time he directed the development and scale-up of a mass production screen printing process for EAP actuators. Will has a BSME from the University of California, Berkeley and has served in senior management roles for Wolfe Engineering, Microbar, and Matheson Gas Products.
