Priya Bendale is Sr. Director, Advanced Engineering at Maxwell Technologies, Inc. located in San Diego, CA. Priya trained in electrochemistry at the Yeager Center for Electrochemical Sciences (YCES) at Case Western Reserve University, followed by Materials Science and Engineering at University of Florida. She worked on rechargeable battery chemistries at Energizer. At Maxwell, she is responsible for the design and development of new materials and concepts for ultracapacitors and holds key patents in this area.
