Presentation Summary

Nanoco's quantum dots are being readily adopted into next generation products in a variety of applications, most notably LCD displays, solid state lighting, photovoltaics, and biological imaging. When used in displays they provide dramatically improved color performance, an increasingly important feature for consumers. Unlike conventional phosphors, quantum dots offer the advantage of tunable, narrow band emission and are readily integrated into existing LCD architectures. Furthermore, Nanoco's quantum dots do not contain cadmium or any other heavy metals, offering customers a sustainable solution. This presentation will provide an overview of Nanoco's quantum dot technology and how it delivers enhanced color in display products.
