SPEE3D has developed cold spray technology for 3D printing metals that the company calls Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing (CSAM). IDTechEx spoke with David McNeill, Director, Corporate Programs, EMEA, to learn more about SPEE3D's technology.

Australian start up SPEE3D have developed technology for 3D printing metals called 'Supersonic 3D Deposition', otherwise known as cold spray.

Dr Bryony Core caught up with SPEE3D at Formnext 2019. SPEE3D are a 3D printer manufacturer who have developed cold spray metal powder deposition (a form of directed energy deposition) for their 3D printers which they have recently commercialised.
