Velo3D Flow 3.0 to Support Print Preparation for Larger Parts
Velo3D Inc announced the release of its Flow 3.0 print preparation software. The new version supports larger models of parts that are able to be manufactured on the company's Sapphire XC (Extra Capacity) printer, which can produce parts that are up to 400% larger than the Sapphire printer.

Amazon Unveils First Fully Electric Heavy Goods Vehicles in UK Fleet
Amazon is launching five electric Heavy Goods Vehicles in its delivery fleet for the first time in the UK. The 37-tonne fully-electric vehicles are now operating from Amazon's fulfilment centres in Tilbury and Milton Keynes, transporting customer packages with zero tailpipe emissions and using battery power.

Braskem Expands Additive Manufacturing Portfolio
Braskem announces today the expansion of its 3D printing product portfolio to include polyethylene and glass fiber reinforced polypropylene filaments. Braskem's PE and glass fiber reinforced PP filaments are easier to print, have less warpage, minimal shrinkage, and better interlayer adhesion than other comparable products on the market.

E Ink announced they have joined the Climate Pledge, co-founded by Amazon to commit to becoming net-zero carbon by 2040, and are the first display company to join. In December 2021, E Ink announced their pledge to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2040. E Ink plans to be RE 10 by the end of 2022, and would be the first display company to achieve RE 10.
