Sony
Sony was one the early pioneers in AMOLED displays. Initial development started in 1994 and was housed at the Atsugi design center (south of Tokyo). Sony introduced the world's first OLED TV in 2007, using a 11" panel. It was only produced in small quantities. Sony is currently producing OLED panels for professional monitors (used during film/video production)

Panasonic
Panasonic has invested in inkjet printing manufacturing methods, using polymer OLED from Sumitomo. At CES 2013, they demonstrated a 56" printed TV. The details of the printing process were not disclosed.

Japan Display Inc.
A joint Venture between Hitachi, Sony and Toshiba (LCD businesses put together). In November 2012 the company unveiled their first OLED prototype (4.5" 1280x720, 326 ppi, WRGB), using a WRGB architecture (white OLEDs with color filters) and a top-emission device structure. In 2013 JDI unveiled a 5.2" Full-HD OLED panel, using White OLED technology and LTPS backplane.
