Speaker Biography (Hiroyuki Satoh)Mr. Hiroyuki Satoh is a manager at Goi Research Center of Chisso Petrochemical Corporation in Ichihara, Chiba Japan. He studied catalytic chemistry at Muroran Institute of Technology in Japan and has joined Chisso in 1985. From 1986 to 2001, he was involved in the R&D of the color filter materials applied for the LCDs, and was also involved in negative- and positive-photosensitive resist materials for high-density patterns in the LCDs from 2002 to 2005. Since 2006, he is a manager of a research group that is responsible for the R&D of ink-jetting materials. He has a number of technical publications, as well as EP, US and JP patents in the field of transparent polymer materials that are suitable for the LCDs.
