Aleph Farms
Aleph Farms is an Israeli company working to create the next generation of meat products using cultured animal cells, rather than requiring the slaughter of livestock. The company uses a combination of tissue engineering and 3D bioprinting to create structured meat products such as steaks and has even produced cultured meat in space.
