Daicel is presenting nanosilver ink. The future of the ink is low sintering temparature, thus, it can be applied on low heat resistant substrates, such as PET. The ink are optimized for inkjet printing and screen printing. Inkjet ink has good jettability and achieves stable printing and short sintering time. Typical sinntering condition to get lower than 10-5Ωcm is 110degC for 30min. Daicel is pleased to supply and working with companies or institute to develop new devices.
