WaveSense provides a ground-penetrating radar mapping and localisation solution. WaveSesne is targeting mass deployment into the automotive autonomous sector. Their solution broadly provides the same advantages as Terran360, however, mapping for public roads is a much larger challenge than mapping for the well-defined environments which Navtech target. Ground-penetrating radar is not suited to aquatic applications.
