An introduction to genetic engineering
01 April 2020 by Dr Michael Dent and Dr Luyun Jiang
Genetic engineering is a set of technologies used to change the genetic make makeup of cells. It is an important area of biology with a multitude of applications including agriculture, medicine, research and forensics.
With advances in technology, the field of genetic engineering is accelerating rapidly.
