View Inc.
On December 2012, View responded to the Sage Electrochromics assertions of certain patents against View. View expressed that they does not believe it has infringed any valid claim of any patent and therefore has no liability to Sage. View Dynamic Glass is manufactured using proprietary technology and processes. While defending itself vigorously, View will continue to focus on serving its customers and growing the business.
In February 2013, View Inc., responded to the complaint filed against the company by Sage Electrochromics, Inc. View answered the complaint by asserting that Sage's patents are invalid and are not infringed by View. View intends to defend its rights in the litigation and does not believe it is liable to Sage for infringement of any valid claim of any patent. View has also filed a counterclaim alleging that Sage infringes View's U.S. Patent No. 8,243,357, entitled 'Fabrication of Low Defectivity Electrochromic Devices.' View seeks damages and injunctive relief for the infringement of its patent.
