Extreme Capacitor, Inc. (ECI) is a start-up, and has been working with various universities and national labs on supercapacitors using CNT and GNR. ECI is partnering with AEE to develop a hybrid supercapacitor and Li-ion battery to yield high performances from the best of both technologies.
