Osai was founded in 1991 with the target of building special machineries for assembly and final testing of components for automotive, electrical appliances industries and the electro-technical industry. Since 1994 Osai has integrated more than 800 Laser in his machines, supplying complete solutions to his Customers all over the World. The Neo platform has been designed to supply the electronics and semiconductors market with a wide range of systems. Laser marking, cutting, trimming, scribing and handling are the main capabilities of the Neo machines. Osai has also developed machines and processes dedicated to thin films and FPCBs.
