Dr. Marin Sawa is currently a research associate at the Chemical Engineering Department, Imperial College London.
Marin holds a PhD in the intersection of design and algal biotechnology (2016) and is the main inventor of the digitally printable thin-film biophotovoltaic technology (2012-2016) and leads the project which has gained EPSRC IAA research funding for further development in industry partnership with Arm (2018 -).
Imperial College London is consistently ranked in the top 10 in the world. The Electrochemical Science & Engineering group is an interdisciplinary partnership between 4 academics across 3 departments, working together to develop the tools and techniques that industry need to successfully commercialise technologies based upon electrochemical systems.
This event is led by IDTechEx analysts who have studied the topic since 2002. We cover the most important topics and invite key companies to present to showcase end user needs, case studies and genuine technology breakthroughs.
