Continuous Composites is a rapidly growing tech startup company located in Northern Idaho developing our patented Continuous Fiber 3D Printing (CF3D™) technology. We are developing revolutionary technology that combines high-strength, low-weight composite materials with a 3D printing process leveraging industrial robotics. This ground-breaking technology is truly The Future of Manufacturing.
"I am passionate about people." An evident statement when you spend only a few minutes with Tyler. He believes that people are the most valuable asset to any organization. He loves building teams and leading them to unite around a common goal.
Owning the earliest patent on 3D printing continuous fibers; our technology, Continuous Fiber 3D Printing (CF3D™), constitutes a fundamental shift in the manufacturing process of Advanced Composite Materials (ACM). Our technology leverages rapid curing resins paired with continuous fibers creating a moldless, Out of Autoclave (OOA) composite manufacturing process. CF3D™ can also embed functionality with fiber optics and copper wires creating a part that can sense and react to environmental stimuli.
