The conductive ink and paste business is a large market that will generate $1.6 billion in 2014 in revenue at the ink/paste level.

Engineers would love to create flexible electronic devices, such as e-readers that could be folded to fit into a pocket. One approach involves designing circuits based on electronic fibers, known as carbon nanotubes (CNTs), instead of rigid silicon chips.

Inkron is a privately-funded start-up offering low-temperature silver nano filled paste targeted at the die attach market. Inkron has a production technology based on an electrolytic process. Inkron wants to be more than a powder supply and is already offering formulated pastes and inks.
