Speaker Biography (Martin Ihle)Martin Ihle received his Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering from Technical University Dresden in 2010. In 2010 he joined the department of Hybrid Microsystems of Fraunhofer Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems as a scientific associate. His research interests include LTCC microsystems, MEMS packaging and 3D fine-line digital printing.
